Corporate travel services
Vehicle rental with driver
We act as a transportation facilitator providing vehicles and trained drivers for hire.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our service, you agree to:
Provide accurate name, mobile number, and pickup details
Behave respectfully with drivers and staff
Avoid illegal, unsafe, or abusive behavior during rides
Pay full fare including tolls, parking, and extra charges
Not misuse, damage, or dirty the vehicle
4. Booking, Pricing & Payments
All pricing is shown clearly during booking. Additional charges such as toll, parking, night charges (10 PM–6 AM), hill charges, and driver allowance may apply.
KM calculation is based on garage-to-garage distance
Advance payment may be required for long-distance trips
Full payment must be completed at trip end
No-hidden charges policy applies
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup time
Within 1 hour: cancellation fee may apply
No-show by customer: full driver allowance will be charged
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–7 business days
6. Driver & Vehicle Policies
All drivers are verified and trained
Vehicles are regularly inspected for cleanliness & safety
Driver has the right to refuse ride if customer is intoxicated or abusive
Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal items are strictly prohibited
7. Liability & Limitations
Friends Track is not responsible for:
Delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions
Loss of personal belongings inside the vehicle
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We ensure best efforts but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect minimal information—name, mobile number, pickup/drop details—to provide our service. All customer data is protected and never sold to third parties. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
